Ezio Auditore de…La Lala…
Well, shoot. More news. Apparently the Ezio trilogy (combined into The Ezio Collection) is coming for current-generation consoles and PCs in November. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look as if there will be significant retouching on the games (judging by the trailer), but I’ll probably end up picking it up for old times’s sake, maybe even enduring my way through the original Assassin’s Creed on the 360.
Shadow of the Colossus in a frozen world
Prey for the Gods is essentially a spiritual successor to Shadow of the Colossus with an art style very reminiscent of Endless Legend. I was lucky enough to discover this game in its last week on Kickstarter, and have been following it ever since. So far, it’s only in pre-alpha (I think 0.1.01 or something?), but what I have seen looks quite impressive.
I’m watching their 12-hour stream at the moment, and it’s fascinating listening to the developers bounce ideas off each other and their audience and fans.
Prey for the Gods is expected to come out in December 2017.
